And when the instructor is from Cuba, it doesn't get more authentic (even though he has lived in Denmark for 13 years and speaks fluent Danish). Salsa is a great way to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility. You don't need thigh-short dresses, fancy poles or a partner to dance Salsa. If you like moving to Latin American rhythms and using your body to exciting music, then you should dance Salsa with us. It is a practiced team that has been dancing for several seasons.
