What to know

Body and mind need versatile movement, stress and sensory stimulation regardless of age. Physiotherapist Marianne Mogensen shows games that stimulate the child's senses, balance and motor skills, including somersaults, spinning, rolling and ball games. Finally, we wind down with a simple and lovely baby massage. In the last few minutes, we'll review our foreign body airway first aid techniques for babies 0-12 months. Bring soft bedding for your baby. For (best) parents with children aged 4 to 12 months. Pregnant women are also welcome (please bring a doll/teddy bear). After the training, notes are sent by email to those interested. The workshop takes place in the Hall on the 3rd floor. Strollers are allowed into the room.
