Parent-controlled playroom

What to know

Do you have children aged 0 - 6? Are you staying home or are you on maternity leave? Then come and have fun and play with other parents and children Every Thursday morning, home caregivers and parents on maternity leave meet at the library for fun and games, with the opportunity for parents to network. We have toys, dress-up clothes, drawing paper and of course all our books for you to read. You can also go aboard in our play-a-book boxes. You are welcome to bring food and drinks. We have a changing area and a coffee machine. Since the playroom takes place in the library's common room, we hope that everyone helps create a good experience by showing consideration for other library guests. The playroom is self-driving, but if you have ideas or questions, please write to children's librarian Mie Aksglæde Olsen at Mie.a.olsen@koege.dk. We would love to collaborate.
