Health song at Sundhedscenter Hjørring, Bistrupvej 3. Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00 Sing healthy is a free offer that is aimed at all citizens who are in a vulnerable life situation. These may be people in rehabilitation as a result of cancer, stress, depression or chronic illness such as diabetes, lung disease, heart disease, Parkinson's or sclerosis. The health song creates community and helps to break down loneliness. You are very welcome to bring a friend or relative with you. The health song is led by music educator Christina Thoft. As a substitute for Christina, you can meet Katrine Bach Skovmand, who is a trained choir director and professional singer and music educator from the Royal Academy of Music in Aalborg.
