Time for mental self-indulgence with sound meditation. A mindful break in peace at Oasen, Nuets Center in Odense city center. Especially for those of you who have difficulty feeling yourself because you are "too much in your head" You will be presented with some simple techniques to land your awareness in your body, so you can have a mental break in calm and mindfulness.
