In a darkened room and blindfolded, you will be served an exquisite 2-course dinner while you are challenged to experience food in a whole new way. Dining in the Dark - a dinner where the senses take over What does a carrot taste like when you can't see it? Can you recognize the spices, ingredients, and textures using only your senses of taste, smell, and touch? During Food Days at the Limfjord, FLOW invites you to a very special gastronomic experience, where the sense of sight is put on pause and the other senses are allowed to come into their own. Without sight, both taste, smell and texture are sharpened, and even familiar ingredients can surprise. The menu is created by Den Gyldne Okse and Tanken, who together have put together a dinner with a focus on quality, taste and curiosity. Wine is served with the food, and there is of course the option to choose non-alcoholic wine.
