About this event

What to know

In October, there is a national focus on both ADHD and general mental health - it is celebrated with a free presentation! How do we create calm, focus, fewer overwhelming thoughts and better sleep in a fast-paced everyday life? The Othmer Neurofeedback method is a gentle, nonverbal training of the brain's regulatory system, developed over 40 years. Many experience increased energy, better sleep, less restlessness and a more stable internal rhythm. The brain is our best friend, it can and should be trained throughout life. Come and see and hear how you can easily and simply train it both using what surrounds you in everyday life and through highly developed welfare technology. Together with a psychotherapist from Aarhus, we show and explain how methods can both stand alone and work together. A little surprise also sneaks in during the presentation. It won't be boring, and you can also see and try out sensory-stimulating materials that we know stimulate the brain. - Date: 7 October 2026 - Time: 15:30–17:30 - Venue: Dokk1/Aarhus Hovedbibliotek - Address: Hack Kampmanns Plads 2, Aarhus C, Denmark - Admission: Free
