You will get a bit of history, practical training and tasting. You will make one or more bowls of matcha yourself. The workshop includes:A brief introduction to matcha's role in Japanese tea culture Instructions on how to prepare matcha Tasting of tea along with a small sweet treat We will be a group of a maximum of 8 participants, so there is plenty of time for questions and dialogue.
