Join us as illustrator, Sofie Lind Mesterton, talks about the book Monsterklar and helps spark your imagination when you're going to invent your own monster! Sofie Lind Mesterton works as an illustrator and has drawn for, among others, Captain Foambeard and Meg and Mille. Sofie will talk about the book Monsterklar and start a conversation with the children about what is scary and what is fun, and how to use both to write stories and create illustrations. Sofie will live-draw a process from idea to illustration together with the children, where they will work together to come up with a child and their monster - how do you build a character? For example, what is the monster's favorite food? Or what is the child's very best scare trick? And what are they each most afraid of?
