Today's master of drumming is TBD, who will take guests through 3 rounds of drumming, focusing on inner peace and relaxation. Gusrating:(medium)There are 8 seatsin the sauna Information:There is the possibility of taking a cold dip in the lake, never go into the lake alone. There is a toilet (ask the steward for the key)There are no changing facilities. During the gus, all guests must bring a towel to sit on. Make sure you have eaten and drunk well in advance for the best experience. The Gus itself consists of 3 rounds of 10-12 minutes each, with breaks in between, for a total of 60-70 minutes. Prices:Guests: 120 kr. Member of Bregninge Waterhub: 80 kr (300 kr per year, reduced prices for Sauna and other activities in waterhub)Member with annual pass: 40 kr (adult: 1000 kr per year, reduced prices for sauna, free participation in seasonal classes in waterhub, etc.)More info about membership here:.
