Forest harvest - gathering trip with nature guide Svend Hamann

What to know

Join author, nature guide, natural therapist and wild food facilitator, Svend Hamann, on a hike in Skabslund Forest near Sondrup. After a short presentation, you will take a leisurely walk in the forest and stop when there is something of edible interest. Svend also gives tips and advice on how to prepare what you find at home in the kitchen. October is a good time for mushrooms, but you will also get a talk about what can be found in the forest throughout the year. Meeting time and place:Parking space at Sondrup Strand no later than 10 am (preferably a little earlier!)Wear clothes and sensible footwear according to the weather.
