They believe that the best experiences are created together. That's why Pia Harritz, owner of Kaffemøllen and educated in nutrition and health, has taken the initiative to bring together a number of local enthusiasts, each of whom is passionate about their profession, their craft and about creating something that goes beyond the ordinary. With a focus on the shortest path from farm to table, clean and organic ingredients, and products grown and made with love, we create a lunch where the local ingredients and the people behind them are at the center. Each partner contributes their own passion and special craftsmanship.
