What to know

Do you miss being part of a social community? Then this is an opportunity for you. We meet for a shared reading and explore the text together. One of the library's trained reading guides will read a short story and a poem and guide the conversation. Everyone can contribute and there is no right or wrong. As a participant, you don't know the text in advance and no preparation is required This way, you can share the immediate wonder and excitement that comes when you read something for the first time. All you have to do is show up with the desire to listen to and talk about a good story in the company of others. It's free to participate, but remember to register.
