Reading and ghost workshop

What to know

During the autumn holidays, children's libraries are transformed into a small, cozy ghost workshop. We start by reading a ghost story and afterwards children and their adults can let their imaginations run wild and create their very own library ghost - cut, glued and decorated with paper from old books. The purpose is to give the children a fun and sensory experience with recycling books and paper while also giving them a pleasant experience at the library with their adults. When the ghost is finished, it can be taken home or hung up in the children's library, filling the entire room with floating library ghosts. - Date: 12 October 2026 - Time: 10:00–11:30 - Venue: Faxe Bibliotek & Borgerservice - Address: Rådhusvej 4, Faxe, Denmark - Admission: Free
