Throughout their nearly 15 years as a band, I Think You're Awesome has been one of the most creative and influential Danish jazz bands Their undogmatic and curious approach to music has led them to collaborations as wide-ranging as Ole "Fessor" Lindgren, Aarhus Jazz Orchestra, the string quartet Taïga, singer-songwriter Thomas Madsen, Jakob Buchanan, Christian Vuust and Chappe. Bandleader Jens Mikkel Madsen has won several awards for the band's music, they have toured together in most of Europe, achieved massive airplay on P 8 Jazz, but most importantly constantly developed within all kinds of creative music. Concerts with I Think You're Awesome are heartwarming, humorous and joyful experiences that still dare to articulate and tackle life's challenges.
