What to know

If you have a new phone, need help printing, using online banking or are having problems sending an email, book an appointment with Jan, who volunteers at the IT café. To get help in the Citizens' Centre's IT café, you need to book an appointment. You can do this by contacting the staff at the Citizens' Centre Nordens Plads. They can be reached weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm - either by phone at 38211950 or at the office. At the IT café you can get help with:to improve your skills on the internet Managing digital contact with the public sector Sending images from your phone or tablet Learning about digital securityto make good settings in your Apps And much more. Just ask! The library's IT café is supported by the Frederiksberg Foundation, and PCs and other IT equipment have been purchased for this purpose.
