Chess at the Library

What to know

Arrangements have been made for you to challenge a friend or a complete stranger to chess at Frederikssund Library. Do you like chess? So stop by Frederikssund Library and play a game or two with other chess players. We have room for up to six games at a time - and you will meet both experienced players and perhaps students from school chess who would like to try their hand at new opponents. It is informal and self-organized: the games are ready behind the counter, where you pick them up and drop them off yourself. There is no teaching - but there is the opportunity for good games and cozy company around the board. NOTE: Since the event does not require registration, we do not know who will come. Make sure to attend with someone else if you want to be sure to play. The events are held in collaboration with Frederikssund Chess Club.
