In this talk, I share my personal journey - from divorce, the identity as a single mother, to the years in a dysfunctional relationship and an everyday life characterized by stress and mental overload. I tell honestly about the periods when I hid behind the facade of strength, and about how I found my way back to myself. But it's not just about my story. It's about all of us.
