For teenager Stig Pedersen, punk became a stepping stone to a career in music. He was originally behind ADS, but was kicked out of his own band and instead formed Disneyland After Dark as a revenge band! It would later grow into one of Denmark's most popular bands, also enjoying great success in many places outside the country's borders. After more than 40 years as a songwriter, lyricist and bassist - and for many also the visual centerpiece of DAD - Stig has now chosen to also stand on his own two feet. As Stigge Nasty, he released his first mini-LP, Captain Amar, in April 2026, with six songs, which he himself counts among his favorite releases.
