What to know

The Rokketræf will be held again at the Linen Museum Some volunteers from the Linen Museum will be spinning on their spinning wheel from 10 a.m., likely from different types of fibers from sheep, rabbits, goats and flax. You bring your spinning wheel, and we spin together for an hour or two, maybe until 2 p.m. It's not a spinning course, but there will definitely be an opportunity to get good advice on spinning. By appointment you can borrow a spinning wheel from the Hørvævsmuseet - email in advance to aftenskolen@hoervaevsmuseet.dk Registration is required. There is a reduced price for members of the Linen Museum. Membership costs 150 kr annually, and with membership you get free access to the museum's exhibitions and special discounts on some events.
