Find gold medals and join the competition

What to know

Svalens Naturkort invites all children to go hunting for gold medals in the Library Garden sandbox. You can scan for the medals using metal detectors. Anyone who finds a medal will receive a nice ribbon to wear around their neck. At the same time, you have the opportunity to participate in the competition for exciting nature books such as "Denmark's biggest nature nerd" by Emil Poulsen and Anders Koefoed's big book about nature. Svalens Naturkort is a child-friendly map of eight green areas in Gladsaxe Municipality, where you as a family can enjoy nature up close. In the accompanying booklet you can learn more about the areas and find inspiration for fun activities you can do together in nature. The gold medal hunt takes place at 10-11 am and again at 12-1 pm as long as medals are available. - Schedule: 26 September 2026, 10:00–11:00; 26 September 2026, 12:00–13:00
