Workshop: Mini teddy bears in double knitting

What to know

In the workshop we work with an old technique, which has often been used for example to knit the fingers on mittens on just two needles. You will be introduced to the knitting technique by knitting small mini-teddies on two needles. You will learn a simple technique that can be used in many types of knitting where you need to knit in the round with a few stitches. Mini teddy bears become knitting samples - the cute kind.There will be a few tips and tricks sprinkled throughout the workshop while knitting. Everyone will be able to knit at least one small teddy bear during the workshop.Bring your own: Double pointed needles 3.5-4, solid colored wool yarn that matches the needles, wool needle and small scissors.The instructor has a small selection of yarns, as well as a description of the technique in copy.
