"GRAND CHEF. et les apprentis" 25/9 We realize a big dream. Restaurant l'Alsace has succeeded in luring their chef Franck and Thomas Rode's teacher and mentor, Christian Bind, to the capital. Christian Bind is originally from Sélestat in Alsace, where he was apprenticed at the renowned Auberge d'Ill, after which, after a few stays at a couple of the most prominent 3-star Michelin restaurants of the time, he headed north.
