Note. Note. An evening where textile art, spoken word, reactive visuals and physical live drum & bass merge together. Can textile art and electronic music make us more present in the present? On Tuesday, October 27, siblings Stine Jylov and Jesper Nygaard Schiøtt invite you to an immersive evening at Metronomen in Frederiksberg, where tactile art and vibrant electronics meet. Stine Jylov's colorful figurative textile works, created from layers of fabric, glitter and meters of sewing thread, use the hand as a motif and lens to challenge the viewer to notice the present. Jesper Nygaard Schiøtt performs under the name Blank Patch and creates sculptural drum & bass live on samplers and synthesizers, while his own visuals in black, white and orange react and change shape with the music. The evening begins with a vernissage and wine.
