AI is the most powerful technology in history. Such a powerful technology does not come without risks, and one of the biggest is AI-generated misinformation. AI is an eerily effective deepfake generator that can create images and videos in a few seconds that are very difficult to identify as fake. For example, you can quickly generate a lifelike image of Donald Trump and Mette Frederiksen holding hands and looking deep into each other's eyes... Studies indicate that within a few years, a significant portion of all content on the internet will be AI-generated. We are therefore facing a future where it may become almost impossible to distinguish between real and AI-created material.
