Marianne's knowledge, education and mastery have been achieved both here in Denmark and in Melbourne, Australia. The foundation for her work as a Foot and Ankle Surgeon is based on her own experiences, sparring with colleagues and evidence from international articles and literature. Most recently, Marianne has been the initiator of a large national, multicenter randomized study investigating the effect of individualized treatment of Achilles tendon rupture. The study received DKK 50,000 in support from the Danish Arthritis Association.
