Nikolaj Kirk talks about climate-friendly choices and how we avoid ultra-processed foods At 6:30 PM there will be a two-course menu for the food of the future, and a competition with great prizes! In Kirk's lecture, we delve into some of the most important questions about the future of diet in a world characterized by climate change and increasing focus on health. What impact does our choice of raw materials have on both our health and the planet - and how can we make better choices in everyday life? You will gain insight into current trends in food, including plant-based proteins and alternative raw materials such as mushrooms, seaweed and insects. Madborgerskabet is working hard to give children and young people food skills in the kitchen. Participate in Madborgerskabet's quiz about sustainable food and legumes and win great prizes.
